[Fishling] Kelby

Kelby is Gaelic for "a place by the spring," and I felt it was fitting for this young lass. She is Irish. Blair's best friend. She, too, loves gossip, but she's a little more aware of how she presents herself to others, and therefore a bit more gentle and easy to get along with. She grew up with Blair and loves her to pieces, but usually finds herself doing damage control after Blair has blurted something hurtful to someone else. She is a bit over-dramatic, and get frustrated easily, but also calms down quickly.
