月の輪(Tsukinowa) meaning "Moon Ring, Ring around the Moon".

The younger brother to Seiza.

Half Uzumaki from his mother's side, and half Tsukinowa from his father's side.

Ever since Ketsueki's been very young he's been enamored with his Uzumaki heritage, he was a mommy's boy and loved it when she would tell him more about her clan, and when he learned that the Uzumaki clan was pretty much gone he made it his lifelong goal to restore it, claiming his mother's last name instead of his father's. Later in his life, when his parents had been dead for a few years, he heard about a female Uzumaki named Karin and did his best to find her, which he eventually did. Ketsueki tried his hardest to woo her, but Karin wasn't charmed(and a bit alarmed about the age difference). Ketsueki's original intention in pursuing Karin had to do with his goal of restoring his clan, but he eventually fell in love with her, and when Karin saw his vulnerable side and how much he actually cared about her, she started falling for him too.

Specializes in fuinjitsu and taijutsu.

Is commonly referred to as "The Blood Moon of Tsukigakure" because of his rare hair colour.
