when bidding on my designs...

please note that i'm only accepting USD through PayPal ! i may accept da pts once in a while, but i really prefer cash.
please reply to the highest bidder. serious bids only. you must be sure of your bid & your available funds. please notify me if you need to back out ! 
please be able to pay upfront before i send you the design ! if payment is not received within 48 hours after winning the bid, the design will go to the next highest bidder. 

when offering non-monetary things...

please refer to my preferences list for what i'm looking for design-wise, whether you're offering customs or characters. also includes my dislikes. 
if offering art, i prefer digital fullbodies/busts or reference sheets heavily over anything else. flat-color > shaded > sketch. 
if offering written or physical products... don't ? i prefer to do my own writing, and i'm not comfortable with having items sent to me, sorry. 

when trading/selling/gifting my designs...

you may resell my designs for the value you bought it for, with the added value of any commissioned or personal work (not strictly art; can include writing, rigged models, etc)
free/gifted designs may not be resold, only retraded or regifted (this includes forum game designs !). 
if you have received my design through a trade, feel free to resell it for the original price a previous owner paid with any additional art value YOU as an artist add on. 

general use rules...

please wait 2 weeks before reselling/retrading my design ! 
since i'm the original artist, i have the right to post the designs to any of my socials. i will credit the owner whenever possible.
always credit me ! do NOT remove my name from the design. do NOT delete the character from th. the watermark stays too. 
do not use my designs for any sort of hate speech or illegal content (written or drawn); this includes racism, pedophilia, etc. 
idc how much you redesign it, as long as the original design I'VE made is kept on th- this includes reuploading said design. 
do not use my designs for any commercial purposes WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST. this includes but is not limited to; using my designs for comics, promoting products etc.
you are free to create cs versions from my designs.
