Phoenix was strange from the point he was born. His Tri-type-ing caused him to be extremely dangerous, and thus not many people wanted to put him in his place when he acted out. Phoenix feels little remorse or empathy towards anyone and will start a giant forest fire just "for fun" or because "he was bored". Because of his lack of empathy and the need for attention, he can be found bullying other pichus into playing with him either by talking down to them, forcing them, or threatening their families. But he goes a 180 when his ass gets whooped and mopes around for days because life isn't "fair".
