A legendary sky deity that was infected by a mutated strain of pokerus that causes certain features of a pokemon to become bright green and/or disfigured. Several side effects include increased attack power and a loss of rational thought. This Rayquaza was affectionately nicknamed Quazar after one of its hyper beams decimated part of Kalima City.
