Design Terms of Use
BY PURCHASING ONE OF MY ADOPTS, YOU AGREE ON THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
- You cannot claim that you designed the purchased adopt, but after payment you own the full rights to use and change the adopt in any way you like!
- My adopts are blank templates, meaning you can change and add anything (personality, gender, clothes, colours..). Even if I do give an adopt specific traits, you're allowed to change/modify/remove them!
- I don't allow breeding my adopts and using them for that kind of profit (any other commercial use is fine, you have full ownership over them once bought).
- Adopts cannot be refunded!
- You cannot sell the adoptable for a higher price than the price that it was bought for, unless it comes with extra art/features
- You're allowed to trade/gift the design anytime
- If you resell the design immediately after purchase, or use my adopts for your own profit, you will be blacklisted/banned from purchasing any of my adopts (this includes YCHs and commissions as well)

• Redesigns beyond recognition are fine, just credit the original character design/image and you're fine to do whatever you'd like.
• My adopts are blank templates, meaning you can change and add anything [personality, gender, clothes, colours, etc.]. Even if I do give an adopt specific traits [that includes lore/writing] you're allowed to change/modify/remove it!
• I don't allow breeding my designs with others to sell their "children" or "fusions" as I consider that lazily frankensteining existing designs and selling them for easy profit [any other commercial use is fine, you have full ownership over them once bought].
• Adopts cannot be refunded after purchase! Nor will I accept a forced refund without a valid reason
• You cannot sell the adoptable for a higher price than the price that it was bought for, unless it comes with extra art/features.
• You're allowed to trade/gift/sell the design anytime, no need to ask for permission.
