Rhumba was born on the same day as Solstice, and grew up in the same circumstance as his kyunru buddy. He, too, is a lifelong companion of Odilen.
Rhumba is hyper as most kun-kuns are, with a penchant for dance and annoying the hell out of people who hate fun. He can't take anything seriously and views all of life as a joke, which can be a little irritating at times. Still, he does try and cheer people up whenever possible, and he (usually) uses his powers of hyperactivity for good and not evil.
