Rebecca

A character who transcends what she's a fan character in. This being due to the nature of her existence, and her reason for living. She lives to allow her creator, to be a self-inserting dork, who enjoys what she does too much. Heavily controversial in nature, it may be less than likely to see this self-insert put in much things, but the reason her creator started drawing, was all for this.

She only really appears in cameos and AU things. In AUs, more manipulative characters are likely to try befriending her, to use her ability to create the world.
