About:

Tye-Dye, or Tye, is a confusing mystery. She's known across Baram  Town as a really helpful Pokemon who's willing to do errands for others.  When not working at the Kecleon Shop she is often seen running around  the town do these errands for others. No one knows why her reasoning for  helping others and when asked Tye is known to flinch before desperately  trying to change the subject or just excuses herself. 

Despite  being extremely friendly and helpful to everyone Tye keeps everyone at  arm's length. No one can seem to figure out why she never lets anyone in  often calls it another mystery of the Wind Continent.

Apperance

Tye is a Mudkip that walks on two legs compared to a regular Mudkip that  walks on all fours. Her skin is a light blue with an even lighter blue  underbelly. On her body, her underbelly color goes to about a third down  before coming to a round end. Underneath that is a curved stripe with  the same color. Her toes are also colored with the underbelly color as  well as her tail. Her tail is more elongated and rounded compared to  most. On her back are two darker curved stripes located mid-back. While  most Mudkips' cheeks are orange Tye's are Pelorous blue and are  two-tipped instead of three-tipped. Her head fin has a gap in the back  where the lines are. Tye's eyes are a nice rich purple and she wears her  golden striped Kecleon bandanna around her neck as a sign of her  working for the Kecleon Shop.

History

     It's extremely unlikely anyone knows Tye's background as she keeps  it hidden and dodges the subject. Truth be told, Tye originally came  from a much smaller village deep in the Wind Continent known as  "Fortunato." She grew up there for 12 years before disaster struck that  little village.
     One day that was like any other Tye was just  doing her daily life when everything went dark. Before losing her sight  she had noticed the stripe on her belly turning black. What had happened  to her was that her curse began to react for the first time. She lost  conscience so she wasn't able to see an odd shield envelop her. Soon a  band of bandits arrived and ransacked her home and setting it on fire.  Tye was unharmed thanks to the shield.
     Regaining conscience Tye  looked around from where she was standing in Fortunato to discover it to  be up in flames with the bodies of everyone she knew charred and black.  It was only moments before she fled away from the scene, tears blurring  her vision. She fled deep into the surrounding forests and into a  mystery dungeon that were scattered across the continent. It took her a  couple days until she collapsed from tiredness. It took even more until a  Kecleon searching for goods came across her. He brought her back to  Baram Town and from there everyone else knows.
