It has luminous glyphlike markings on its neck and limbs depicting moons, planets, asteroid belts, and other celestial bodies.
These markings glow brighter in the presence of fey creatures.
The blep itself does have fey ancestry and appears only in sacred bodies of water when the night sky overhead can be reflected.
