A quiet, stubborn mothcat, Altair is often percieved to be cold, even mean-spirited at times - however, those close to him can attest to his protective, loyal personality.

Having grown up in an orphanage, Altair learned to be self-reliant. Once on his own, he turned to a life on the road, taking odd-end jobs in order to sustain him and his sister, Kindred. Recently, he has begun helping the lost mothcat Jack, though this may just be to appease his sister.
