Cilla is a human/dragon hybrid just like Sean, but her mother was a fire dragon and her father is a rich human. Her mother's kind don't raise children, but her father was fine with this and agreed to raise Cilla rather than let her grow up in a volcano with other fire dragon youth. Because of the lack of draconic presence, Cilla doesn't know how to use her dragon given abilities. Instead she learned magic from books and scrolls and the internet, and loves storing spells in crystals and gems. Her father is incredibly supportive and raised her to be well mannered and well educated. Though she sorely lacks in proper socialization. She specializes in fire magic.
Cilla is friends with SD, acquaintances with Sean, and thinks Scorpio is a weird feral creature that Sean just keeps around.
