- DESIGN NOTES- *Aeron is technically an Enchanted Doll, a closed species by Bedbugmochi. However, for the world and story he is in, he is a dragon humanoid called an Ag'ris.
- Aeron has a lot of subtle rose motifs in his design, including on his sword, cufflinks, and etchings on his cross.
- He is nonreligious, despite his many cross decorations, and hometown in Pennsylvania. He can be drawn without them if you prefer this.
- He does have a tail, though I have no references of it yet. He also has fangs. [ AG'RIS form only ]
- He does not often wear full sets of armor, even in combat, as he feels it slows down his Reaver abilities.
- While his design features asymmetrical horns, I prefer them drawn evenly.
- Aeron is a character within the world of THE OASIS PROJECT
"How are we faring today?"
Aeron Blake is a normal person you'd expect to find behind a desk, but isn't surprised to discover is a doctor of sorts. A fortunate sort with a good home life, it seems life had handed him a fairly acceptable existence in the world. He perused his hobbies between study sessions, becoming a casual video game and competitive player for the new system "OASIS" as he grew up. While working towards his masters degree in therapy services and counseling, a new face entered the daily routines of his life.
Her name was [REDACTED] and she took his life by storm. The fire he needed to his steady, ensured life, she was a turbulent force of random power he came to quickly love. The two dated through his college years, and when they came to an end, she moved back to her home country in France and they continued to meet up using OASIS as a means to close the distance. When she got stuck in the OASIS glitch that prevented her from logging out, it was barely even a debate for him to follow her.

It wasn't until they had recovered the Ascended rank player that they would learn what had befallen him; the curse Withered Rose, not once, but twice had effectively killed the otherwise seemingly impervious player. After three months of being stuck in what could only be described as a form hell after dying of a literal broken heart, Aeron began to rebrand himself. He regained his bearings as a therapist within the new world of Oasis and returned to his routines... or so it seemed.

"IT ALL COMES TO AN END."
Truly likable, it seems odd to find there are rumors about the compassionate man petting a cat in his hotel room. Those who pay attention often recognize a series of patterns tends to follow the blonde, being the abrupt and unusual deaths of various lecherous players. The rumor of the Rose Thorn Killer tends to follow his footsteps, and further suggests he may be one and the same, but little proof exists to suggest it beyond suspicion. All most players recognize is the attention of the resident AI system, EXE, is a bit more prevalent with him... as if it were trying to check on him; the fact his classification is REAVER, and the black and red sword covered in roses.

"don't scream dear, you'll wake something."
[SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT ]
Aeron is a serial killer who targets extremely flirty, lecherous, or generally 'slutty' personality types. His former girlfriend, almost fiance, was found in bed with another person and had informed him that their relationship in Oasis wasn't real- as it was all just a game. Broken-hearted, he suffered the curse Withered Rose twice in a row and it effectively killed him permanently due to the glitch in the system. This caused him to be trapped in a sensory deprivation space for about three months, causing a rather severe psychological break that resulted in his twisted sense of justice of preventing this from happening to anyone else. He personally investigates every target before killing them. There are strict rules regarding who he will and will not target, suggesting he is perfectly sane, and systematic about this choice.
His sword is cursed with a status effect called "Lover's Revenge" that requires a person to receive true and sincere forgiveness from those they have wronged to break it. If not... it tends to kill them. This is what earned his 'nickname' as the Rose Thorn Killer.
