Tokyo Lutece

Tokyo is a two-tailed wolf with a party girl-esque vibe to her. Her clothes are a bit revealing, especially her top that just barely cover her breasts. Her fur colors are burgundy and tuscany along with a lighter pinkish brown color. Her eyes are dark blue. She's usually seen with a lollipop because she claims that it "helps her think better." Her hair is always long, down all the way to her lower back. She enjoys applying make-up on, so rarely does she not wear any.

Tokyo is a brat that sometimes forgets the world doesn't revolve around here, but she's trying. Before her move, she was quiet and antisocial, the observing mean girl. She didn't have anything nice to say, and she was very judgemental. However, she knew better than to talk and never she was probably on the bottom of the social chain. Money didn't buy her charisma. During her move with her ex, she was extremely agitated and could be verbally abusive. She was impulsive and did everything for her partner with reckless intent. When things were going right, she seemed wild and very free spirited. After his death, Tokyo went back to being more controlled. She now exhibits an entitled behavior but she knows when too much is too much and when to shut up. She listens more and tries to analyze her emotions better, constantly thinking about how to improve herself. However, there are times where she can be a bit demanding and a troublemaker. She has good intentions for wanting to turn her life around, but she still struggles with feeling remorseful.

Tokyo came from a rich family that constantly belittled her and expected everything from her. There was no room for sadness or doubt; there will not be a weak link within the family. Growing up, Tokyo was sensitive to the abuse and isolated herself often, feeling as though if she didn't matter to her family, she didn't matter at all. She was given everything she could ever want, was pampered until she couldn't recognize the troubles outside her home, and she consumed with dread of tomorrow.

At 16, she met her first love. He was the typical sweetheart at first, promising the world to her. He promised her he would take her far away from her home, where she didn't have to worry about living for others. Together, he said, there won't be anymore sad days. Tokyo agreed and left everything behind for him, devoting herself to him. The romance was short-lived, as he dragged her into heinous acts of crimes, starting with petty theft until eventually murder. This resulted in the murder of a close friend, whom was trying to bring her back home. Though she was unbothered by this murder, it lead to a series of events in which her lover betrays her and pushes her in front of him to take a bullet. She underwent a near death experience and was ultimately revived by some bystanders. She doesn't recall what happened after getting shot, but she remembers how she got shot. Later she is told that her lover was killed in the incident, leaving her all alone.

Her family refused to acknowledge her; in fact, they refuse to remember her at all. She had no friends to rely on, and her place of stay was completely destroyed. In the end, she had nowhere to go and was deemed a criminal. She went back to the bystanders to ask them if she could stay until she could figure out her next move. They informed her that they, too, were criminals and had known about her ex lover's identity, which is why they helped her.

Despite being played for a side piece, the bystanders thought she was much more special than that. They tell her she can live her life underground and become successful under society. She stayed with them for awhile, learning more about the ins and outs of the underground community called "The Black Market," in which Tokyo turned to a counselling service hosted by Celeste Hepburn, in hopes she can recover herself from the trauma of her ex lover.
