One of the most terrifying Delegates, wrath takes the form of a dragon. Wrath does not show up often, so little is known about them. All that is known is that their rage is nothing to scoff at. The last someone has seen of Wrath was during a war eons ago.
They are considered the leader of meetings should they attend to them.
