Royal Star is changeling disguised as an alicorn. All alicorns are princesses, and princesses get a LOT of attention. If it works for them, why not for her? That was her thought process when deciding what form to take on. If anypony tries to take attention away from her, she will quickly put them in their place, even getting physically aggressive if angered enough. She is noticeably more powerful than an average unicorn, but not nearly as strong as she'd be if she fed on love. She hates feeding on love, as she'd prefer to distance herself from Queen Chrysalis and the other changelings in the hive who...*shudder* SHARE love with others. Her cutiemark has no meaning behind it whatsoever. She merely thought it looked pretty and if you ask her about it she will say it's none of your business.

Childhood

Royal Star was born in Queen Chrysalis' hive. She was very narcissistic, even as a filly. As a child, she was eager to please the adults who, in turn, showered her in attention. This caused gave her a continual craving for wanting to be noticed. She fed off attention more than love, which made her fairly weaker than other changelings her age, as feeding off love provided a lot more power. As she grew older, she also grew more resentful. Star was not receiving nearly as much attention as when she was younger. Sometime after Chrysalis's first defeat after Princess Cadance's wedding, she snuck away and abandoned the hive, choosing instead to take on the form of an alicorn and live the rest of her life as an attention-seeking pony.

Everyday Life

Her everyday life mainly consists of her trying to be in the spotlight wherever she goes. She will somehow make everything about her, and will cause a scene. To her, any attention is good attention, whether it be actually negative or not. There is much gossip about her wherever she goes, but most ponies are too afraid to actually confront her. Any pony, whether is be stallion, elder, or filly, is at risk of recieving the fullest extent of her wrath should they displease her.

Relationships

Sweet Pea girlfriend

Royal Star's girlfriend! Sweet Pea is just as attention-seeking as she is, and they constantly crave attention from eachother. They met when Royal Star got into a fight with her at restauraunt and they were arrested. Royal Star disguised herself as a policemare and was able to get the keys to their cell, where she was then able to release Sweet Pea and they escaped! They took a liking eachother and eventually became girlfriends.

Barbie bestie

One of Royal Star's best friends! Barbie puts up with Royal Star's dramatic and attention-seeking attitude, she actually thinks it's pretty funny sometimes! They met at a roller rink, Royal Star was splayed out on the ground feigning an injury from a "fall", and Barbie came over to help her! Royal Star liked her style, and "gave her the privilege" of being her friend!
