Cody and Vespira's son - egg 24. Cutter's lined with many, small, insect-like legs that have no reason to work, but do anyway. There's no muscle or bone around the legs, they're just...there. He often seems shorter than he should, preferring to stay closer to the ground, as he feels more stable when using all his teeny legs. If he needs to go faster than they'll allow, he'll tuck the limbs close to his body and slither on his belly. Even when doing this, he stays very near the floor. Would not have survived without the spell.
