Dirk Kilgo

Dirk is 15, his sister Deasia is 2 years older. They both have the power to control time, but Dirks is much more powerful. He can also manipulate reality to a certain extent. They got their powers at 9 and 11.

Dirk is tan but is covered in dense freckles, the same way as Deasia. He has short red curly hair, and his eyes are solid silver(when he uses his power they glow). He has a pale burn scar(not freckled) covering most of the area around both eyes(i haven't finalized the design for it, so whatever you decide to do works.) wears a white hoodie and a white shirt and whitewashed jeans. When he was little he was obsessed with comic books, and had a stuffed tiger. When he gets older and gains his powers, he brings the tiger to life. It is always at his side. Also, HE IS BAD, but like- misunderstood bad. When he was younger he had green eyes like deasia.
