Please don't delete me from ToyHouse, my creator likes to keep track of where I go!

Adoptable Designs:

- Color picking is okay if done with a different species and different markings.

- Credit us for our color palettes in any and every case possible, if you use them!

- Credit us for our designs in any and every case possible!

- Don’t steal, trace, or heavily reference our designs and art (excluding color palettes).

- Don’t resell for more than you purchased the design for (unless it has extra art aside from the initial design).

- Art and custom design transactions must be completed within two weeks (payment plans are excluded from this), if a sketch is not completed within one week, then the design will be relisted.

- Character transactions must be completed within 3 days.

- You may not delete my adopts from Toyhouse, even if you trade it offsite- this also includes others' designs that you adopt from me.

General Art:

- You may not use my art for your personal use (unless you have commissioned it from me). This includes, but is not limited to: icons, harming others, claiming, tracing, and alterations.

- You may not use my art for commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to: Zazzle, Etsy listings, examples for your false commissions and or trades, and keychains. If you would like to commission a piece to use for commercial use, please tell me before you commission me as I would like at least a 30% cut of your earnings!

Original Characters:

- You may not use my or others' characters for your own use. This includes, but is not limited to: icons, roleplay, storytelling, trading, claiming, and fursuit creation. Gift art is okay, however.

- You may not use my or others' characters for commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to: RedBubble products, enamel pins, buttons, shirts, and patches. If you plan to use a design of mine for commercial use, please tell me ahead of time as I would like at least a 30% cut of your earnings!
