Paris is unemployed and not in college. He spends most of his time alone in his house or the woods surrounding it. He comes across as foul-tempered and antisocial, but could more accurately be described as devastatingly shy. Paris does not intend to work or go to college, he has no idea what to do with himself. He suffers from chronic stomach pain, migraines and nausea that he refuses to see a doctor about, and his only hobbies are organizing and reorganizing his record collection, hunting, fishing, hiking, and small home improvement projects.
He has not recovered emotionally from the death of his parents, and holds a grudge against his brother. He hallucinates and cycles through periods of lethargy and manic energy, and has enough sense to understand that he's probably massively depressed.
Paris is afraid of women, sex, decay, heights, and his own body.
