just an average nice guy

Erick is just your typical dude trying to live his best life. He's super chill and down to earth and people often see him as a great guy to just sit down and talk to in a coffee shop because he's so genuine. Which, given that he's the chief barista at the Embark Eatery, happens quite often. He's a whiz with coffee and can prepare any variety with ease without being distracted by a nice conversation.

He isn't spectacular by any regard, and just does his best to be a good friend and all around nice person. He works hard to achieve his goals by sheer determination and if he fails (which he often does, he gets confused by new things easily) he gets back up and keeps going. 

Because of his experiences with failure, he is always ready to encourage someone who is down on themselves due to failing or fear or any other reason because he knows that they just need a hand to get back up and do great things.
