Lavender is a witch who died one day to unknown sources. They used the last of their magic to preserve their soul and remain in the world. Lavender collects life force from the living in order to keep them "alive".  Lavender usually chooses to leave people barely alive so that they can recover. They also like to choose those who are unsavory or close to death. They don't wish harm on others but is willing to do what it takes to "live".

Lavender has ghostly body that can solidify by choice. However since their body is ghostly it cannot be harmed by normal means. It takes stronger forces like magic directed at their soul to actually hurt Lavender.

Lavender has shadowy butterfly familiars that can multiply endlessly by splitting themselves in half. They can form huge swarms that can overtake people and drain the life force from them then deposit it into Lavender. They can fly incredible distances from Lavender to do this. 

There is always butterflies wandering around somewhere looking for life force to take. They can also swarm together to form what seems like massive creatures like a dragon.  They can swarm on Lavender first creating an armor, or let them have more direct control of the swarm.

They currently live near Prosperity Village, a tiny village with few inhabitants. They are roaming around the lake to the north and like to frighten newcomers who don't know Lavender is living here. The village's inhabitants are afraid of them and rarely come near the lake.

- Can ride on a swarm of butterflies

- Can technically alter how they look since its all fake ghosty-magic stuff

- No tongue in mouth, teeth, or anything in mouth.. just a pink void

- Somehow smells like lavender whenever they are nearby
