Bellzu is a very caring Halfling who is willing to help anyone in need. It isn't unusual for her to give out free bread to the poor at the end of a long work day rather than letting the bread go stale. Above everything else, Bell will do whatever it takes to protect her family and ensure their safety.
Background
Growing up in a trading-post town, Bellzu was grown accustomed to helping her father run his small bread stand. Although running out to get extra ingredients or deliver orders to other merchants was fun, Bell would always look forward to the moments when her dad allowed her to help him bake. Over the years, her passion for baking only grew. Once her father passed, Bellzu took over his stand to let his work live on. Eventually over time, she was able to upgrade the stand and turn it into a shop and widen her inventory to different types of pastries. Needing an extra hand to run the shop, Bell hired Orna, a gnome who came to the town looking for work. The two eventually wed and soon after had their twin children, Pippo and Lullo.
One night, Lullo woke up Bellzu and Orna saying that Pippo wasn't feeling well. Checking on his condition, it was clear that Pippo was in serious pain. Immediately, Bell and Orna took her to the closest doctor they could find to get a diagnosis. It turned out that Pippo was infected with a disease called Enteric Fever, and the cure was... expensive. It cost much more than they were able to make at the bakery in a year. Desperate for money, Bellzu decided to go adventuring as a means to earn while Orna continued to keep the shop running. She heard that Adventurers made good money for the dangerous jobs they went on, and prayed that the stories were true.

Bellzu spends most of her time in her bakery, Tasty Treats. It's very common for her family to help out on busy days to stop Bell from getting overwhelmed. When she's not making sweets for the shop, she can be found in one of two places: the market getting supplies, or relaxing in her home.

Met when Bellzu hired extra help for the bakery. After spending so much time together each day, the two quickly fell in love. Orna was the first one to speak up about her feelings.
Pippo Merder

Loves taking apart old, broken technology to see how it works. Often tries to invent things, but it never seems to work out the way he wants it to. Bellzu is very supportive though, and always tries to inspire him to try again.
Lullo Merder

The quieter one of the siblings. She loves to watch the birds that fly by the city and draw them. Sometimes she helps Pippo with the old tech they find together and draws out diagrams to understand machines better.
