Description

Chum is an anarchist activist from London. He believes that all forms of government should be replaced with voluntary institutions (like unions), and is very passionate about labor and workers' rights. He is usually drunk, though, so unfortunately not many people take him seriously. His Stand is Tubthumper, a creature with a plastic tub on its head who is even shorter than Chum and is also usually drunk. Tub is visible nearly all the time, accompanying Chum throughout his daily life; this is because Chum is literally always in fighting spirit, seeing himself as fighting against the entire structure of society. Tub is also somewhat cute-looking and makes a good drinking partner.

Stand Powers:

"I Get Knocked Down" - When Tubthumper is beaten almost to the point of being destroyed, it experiences a sudden burst of energy and becomes a larger, faster, much more powerful version of itself. Tub's hammer also grows with it, and can deal devastating blows in this state, leaving craters where it strikes the ground. This only lasts for up to half an hour, however, after which time Tub returns to being small and relatively weak.
