Oliver's Ownership

➣ these terms only apply to characters designed by myself (blake rosey). If you have been found to have violated any of these terms when it comes to my designs, you will be blacklisted and banned from owning any of my designs in the future.

➣ All of my designs must remain on Toyhou.se, and are not permitted to be deleted or moved off of the site.

➣ Character ownership will be transferred to you on Toyhou.se once the design has been paid for. I will not transfer you the character before it has been paid for.

➣ My designer credit must always remain and be visible. You are not permitted to claim credit for a design I created, or claim the design was created by anybody else.

➣ You are not permitted to resell one of my designs for more than it was purchased for if the character has no additional added value. For example, If you purchase a design from me for £50, and try to resell for more than that price when no more value has been put into the character from commissioned work, you will be blacklisted.

➣ If you purchase one of my designs, you are permitted to then trade the design with another willing party if you both desire. Purchased designs are allowed to be traded for other designs or art, so long as this is agreed on by all parties involved.

➣ If you obtain a design from me for free then you are not permitted to sell this design for profit unless additional value has been added.

➣ You are not permitted to use any of my designs to perpetuate hate speech, hate symbols, or other harmful ideologies against individuals or minority groups.

➣ Once a design has been sold then that financial transaction has been set in stone. I will not refund a sale for an adoptable under any circumstances.

➣ All character / design sales from me will only be made via PayPal.

➣ Once you are in possession of one of my designs, you are allowed to change aspects of the design itself, so long as it is still be recognizable as my design. However, you are not allowed to edit the original art of the design. Any design changes must be drawn on a new art piece that was not done by myself.

➣ You are allowed to use any designs made by me for commercial use, so long as it is not my artwork being used.
