Cherri originated from Planet Thorn. He doesn’t know what it was like before Lord HukleBerr invaded and claimed the planet as part of his ever-expanding empire.
When Cherri was in his teen years, they recruited him as a soldier in HukleBerr’s military, even with his father doing his best to stop it from happening.
He didn’t get along easily with the other soldiers. He was extremely hostile and aggressive towards others, which got him into a lot of fights. Though as he grew older, it seemed it was enough to mellow out his personality enough.

To Lord HukleBerr he is just some nameless expendable soldier. But to his daughter Princess Clementyne, he is her everything. And the same goes for Cherri about her. The two of them have mutual pinning that neither of them is aware of. Cherri is terrified of saying or acting on his action out of fear of what Lord HukleBerr would do to him if he was to find out his daughter was in a relationship with one of his Soldiers.
