Emyr belongs to Rina, traded to her as a freshly born jool just a few days before she travels into space with Kedron. They've imprinted on her and accept Kedron and Kaho as necessary parts of Rina's life. Most of their early life was spent climbing around Rina's lap and shoulders, attacking Kedron's vacant shoes, and perching overhead in the rafters of the ship to 'prowl' and hunt their Fae and Floater for entertainment. By the time the ship lands Emyr has grown just past the size of a Maine Coon and has discovered a kinship in Rina with magic.

Emyr grows to be about sixteen hands to the withers- or somewhere in the ballpark of six feet tall at the shoulder. One of the most protective, possessive creatures you could meet, with more intellect than you could imagine.
