Silly, clingy, sweet, and a bit girly. He often seems low-key, and sometimes silent, but then he'll blurt out a sentence, out of the blue and not relating to anything (and sometimes downright odd). Sometimes, these random phrases can cause those around him who don't know him to fall silent, baffled.
