(Wermling) Vuff

An incredibly rich, semiterrestrial dragon wermling. Vuff is very pompous and quick to anger, and lives in an expensive mansion where they are pampered and catered to by their servants.
They were originally a being sent by divine powers to force those deemed evil to atone for their sins, and endowed with a multitude of abilities to make this process easier. However, nowadays they seem to be using their skills solely for their own pleasure rather than for the task that they were given...

When angered, their horns will heat up and release steam into the air. Their werm lungs have also granted them the ability to exhale extremely hot steam.
