Helliena

✧That melody you hum inside your head.  Wouldn’t it be nice if they could hear it too?✧ 

✧Backstory 

     Helliena was born to a fairly common angel family in the sky kingdom. She was an anomaly among the angels; her earth colored hair and peachy skin contrasting heavily with the pastel and muted colors of the rest of them. She was soon acknowledged as a type of “albino” angel because of this, many higher rankings of the kingdom wanted to marry her or even keep her as a pet. She ended up just growing in the sanctuary with the other angel children of her generation, nothing appeared to separate her from the crowd, save for her appearance.

     Angels barely feel any emotion as a race; their main concern is climbing ranks and growing their powers to hopefully reach an immortal god status, even though they already have an extremely long lifespan. They look down on any species other than their own. Angels believe in cleanliness and purity, they seek to destroy anything meaningless that they deem “dirty.” Ironically, the angels are part of one of the most corrupt societies; they will do anything to get their way even if it breaks their morals. Their innocence is broken by an inherit lust for power, without emotions they have no true goals other than that.

     Hellie, on the other hand, was defected. She was able to feel emotions and had to keep it to herself, knowing from her studies that if she was found out she would be down casted. Her “defect” made her angelic life very hard, considering the tasks she had to do as a servant to the council.

     After years of this, Hellie has stopped the normal aging process at the appearance of 20, leaving her as an adult angel. She then met a human ambassador, who prompted her eventual discovery and downcasting. On the surface, she starts a revolution against the sky creatures and angels. 

I’m going to exclude her adventure regarding the surface and demon world because you guys need to have some reason to read the comic when I make it.

Currently, Hellie is living happily with Lian, her wife, in the god world. Her main abiliy is her ability to create and control electricity, although she has more earthly related powers.

 

✧Personality

     Hellie is generally very graceful, as with all angels. She never smiles very wide but she takes pride in the emotion that comes with it, same with crying. She never speaks too loud because most of her thoughts eliminate themselves in her mind. Even her anger is released with grace, her composure unbeatable. She enjoys long conversations with people who talk a lot; she enjoys listening more than speaking.

     However, she is too trusting, she believes her friends to be the source of her confidence. If one of her friends fails, she is confronted with her own self worth and dependence issues. Her friends are also the source of the negative emotions she feels: jealousy, loneliness, etc.

     Hellie can also come off very sleepy at times. When she is like this she seems to ghost through conversations, leaving the other person very dazed. She can sleep for days on end, which frightens Lian. Hellie will be grumpy if she is woken by anyone other than her close circle of friends.

     Her biggest flaw originates from her angelic upbringing. Although she is very kind, she has no problem manipulating people to get what she wants, she often doesn’t realize what she’s doing until after it’s over. She only occasionally feels guilty.

 

✧Appearance

✧ She has very good posture

✧ Her hair darkens with age, starting at light brown ending at black

✧ Her eyes are always pink, save for her human form which isn’t shown here, there they are green

✧ She has silver freckles on her face, arms, and legs

✧ Her blood is also silver, her skin and bones can only be cracked by fellow angels or things stronger than her

✧ As she ages her eyes become more soft looking

✧ She has sharp teeth, not shark teeth but more like fangs

✧ She has an hour glass shape, she has a bit more tum as she ages

✧ Breast size is roughly 34G

✧ Her pupils can turn to diamonds when she is upset

✧ Her skin is more silvery towards the base of her wings

✧ Her natural form is her seraph form, where she has a wing on each side of her head and two sets protruding from her back

✧ Her wings become a soft gray as she ages

✧ Her halo has two very distinct rings, surrounded but fainter, wispier rings and stars/sparkles

✧ The flowers in her hair can change when she’s in her blue/green dress

✧ More often than not, her hair floats around her and is able to float through solid objects

✧ Her ears point DOWN not up

✧ The long parts of her hair reach her waist/knees, maybe longer if you want to make them longer (pls dont draw them short)

 

✧Other Stuff

✧ Angels can live off raw meat, but Hellie prefers sweets

✧ Her favorite colors are light blue, silver, and rose gold

✧ Before she ascended to be with Lian, she had a husband and a daughter (Shiloh) who she still loves very, very much

✧ Her favorite pastimes are sleeping and talking with Lian

✧ She has connections to all of my ocs, her main bonds are with Lian, Shiloh, Ava, Cadfael, and (although extremely indirectly) Abilene
