Glitch

Overall, Glitch is an upbeat, happy-go-lucky kind of guy despite everything he's been through so far in his life. But make no mistake: chipper as he is, he's extremely effective in his trades. Hacking on the surface may not seem too scary, but once every bit of information about someone has been extracted from right under their nose and sold to the highest bidder, it becomes easier to take it more seriously.

Then there's the killing; unbeknownst to most, Glitch is one of the top snipers in the world, fabled to have once taken out a target from halfway across the city. Taking a life has rarely ever bothered him, especially when there's a handsome reward involved for getting the job done.

For most children born sickly like Glitch was, survival isn't in the cards. But Glitch is nothing if not stubborn; he clung to life as fiercely as possible growing up, teaching himself about the insides and outs of computers, networks, and data. While he was learning the ropes, he couldn't demand very high payment for his hacking services, so he accepted favours from clients instead-- namely, various procedures that would replace his failing organs with cyber parts so that he could keep living.

First were the bone enhancements, with certain core structures in his skeleton being reinforced so he could move more comfortably. Then, a replacement for his voice box which had deteriorated before anything else. After that, brand new eyes. Finally, the most dangerous operations: his heart, and his brain, the latter being extremely experimental and risky. But thankfully, the replacement was a success, and the confirmation that it could work helped to revolutionize how Elysium's doctors approached medicine through technology.

Today, Glitch is well-connected to some of the big wigs in Elysium, which serves the NEET team as much as his hacking and sniping skills do. How he got started in sniping is another story entirely-- one he doesn't much care to tell.
