   Arura is a buff Orcawoman who lives in the city. While her family grew up in the ocean, she was born and grew up on land, only really benefitting from the muscular bodies that most orcapeople are born with. She can be much more hot-headed than most people, often not thinking about an outcome before her fists fly, leaving her to get into trouble many times. Her brutal streak started when she was 6, as someone stole one of her stuffed animals and no teacher helped her out, so she took the matter into her own hands. As the years went on, she became known for getting into struggles with others when they can't reach a conclusion.

  She considers her merform though more of a nuisance. Because she never grew up and had to travel in her merform, she sees it more as dragged weight with anything water-related. The most common is when it rains and she gets stuck in an irritating puddle. At best it's a way for her to get the advantage in a pool or even a place to get a piercing like with one of her fins, at worse it makes her easy for others to beat her up with little resistance. It's something she's had to live with, however, and she's been able to deal with it in her own way.

   Around age 16 was when life was feeling the hardest for her. Her family was coming off as disappointed in her, she was failing school, and everyone rather avoids her instead of helping her. All comidating in her getting into a rough fight until it began thunderstorming, turning into her merform and leaving her on the ground as she got her body stomped on. Struggling to stay awake, Arura was left bloody and beaten on the ground as the rain poured on her. Before she passed out, 2 women who look at least a year younger picked her up and seem to carry her to a safer place. As they patch and heal her wounds, they began making small talk as a group. At first hesitant, Arura began chatting with the two and began feeling more comfortable. After healing and drying off, her new friends Cynthia and Sakura helped her up and one her way home.

   Since then, Arura has been getting used to her merform more thanks to Cynthia teaching her. Sakura tried to teach her magic but she couldn't concentrate and understand how complex it was. She still hangs out with them often, enjoying their company in more ways than one.
