Freak's ability is similar to the Monkey's Paw story. One may approach Freak and make any one particular wish; if it is for a genuine reason, Freak will happily oblige without any complications. However, if the seeker demands something that only fulfills their materialistic or superficial desires and self-interests, it will only result in a worse (and usually violent) outcome. Freak grants these wishes by making one small change to the individual's "fateful path"-- essentially meaning that he creates their outcome using the butterfly effect. Freak is extremely skilled with seeing patterns in the world and it doesn't take much for him to destroy a life or completely change it for the better. Even just receiving a singular peanut could impact your future. In fact, many of the changes he makes to alter other's fates and outcomes don't make sense. Freak works in mysterious ways. (note: Freak can manifest specific things to fulfill the wish if needed. In this case, the conjured item/creature will disappear once the outcome has been achieved.) His vial is a flaming hoop that lights on fire when he emerges.

On the surface, Freak's motive seems to be simply making others happy, but in reality their true purpose revolves around rewarding the humble and punishing the greedy. Though since he's such an erratic and unpredictable Omnia, it's oftentimes difficult to distinguish his intent. Freak's personality is difficult to follow or understand, which greatly contrasts his ability to predict the world around him.
