For whatever reason, Uriel cannot express his emotions very well. It's not that he doesn't feel them, but nobody can recognize his facial expressions.
Uriel died from being hit by a car. He was hit with enough force that he lost his leg and began bleeding out. He was rushed to the hospital but his body gave out right before the doctors could have a chance to bring him back. Uriel later found out it wasn't an accident.

Flannel | Uriel doesn't really think much of Flannel. He hates how the other knows how to get under his skin, but Uriel's grown somewhat of a resistance against hiswords. When they first met, Flannel was able to easily recognize and point out his expression. To Uriel, this meant something significant, and decided to follow the other Diab around. He took notes on their behavior and actions. When he found out about the Flannel's migraines, he would take care of him. Uriel can't really explain why he feels the need to do these things.
