From the 27th recordbook of Grand Magister Roslyn: As a human, she was much too naïve - the sort to believe that kindness overpowers darkness, that if she just tried hard enough the world would become a better place. Such nobility was easily manipulated. She was all too compliant as she was led to the altar, unknowning until the last moment that she was but a sacrifice. And yet...and yet. It was not she that died that night. There is a reason we warn against summoning demons. This one in particular took a liking to the sacrifice rather than the summoner, and thus the roles were reversed; there, upon an altar beneath a myriad of stars, she became something other than human.
