Personality

Curious- She is always looking to discover new things especially when it comes to plants. Often buying many new books on plants and agriculture to learn more.

Kind- Katie is never afraid to lend a helping hand to those in need. She also likes to feed wild Pokemon much to her sister's chagrin.

Hardworking- She often gets lost in her work and won't take a break until she is sure everything is the way it should be. When working in the shop she often is managing the bank books and register whilst Bunny deals with all the merchandise.

Anxious- Often worried and looking over her shoulder nowadays due to being unable to forget what happened in the past. She doesn't let this completely stop her though it has made her more cautious.

Oblivious- She often gets too absorbed into what she is doing that she doesn't know what is happening around her.

Naïve- One of her greatest faults due to her not having much stranger danger awareness. She will always be kind and give her things away or let people stay in her home that is one of the reasons Bunny made her move in with her.


Backstory

When she was young and wandered to deep into the woods outside of Floaroma with her sister Bunny it only took a few moments for her whole life to change. The sisters were out exploring a small gathering of berry trees. They wanted to collect a good amount to test new poffin recipes. As the two were gathering berries into their baskets a great rumbling sound was heard. Katie looked to Bunny then at where the rumbling was coming from and saw a stampede of Girafarig. Hearing screaming coming from just past Bunny she turns only to see her little sister being grabbed and hauled off just as the Stampede absorbs her. She hears her sister scream her name as everything goes dark and she loses all sense of time. Waking up to see it dark outside and everything hurting she looks around and calls out weakly, "hee-lp." She hears footsteps and looks up to see several people with shock on their faces. They all ask if she is ok but she only asks, "do you know where my little sister is?" With a resounding no she begins to cry and blacks out once more, that was the last time she say her sister for 8 years. 

8 years later at a small farmers market Katie is looking through the produce checking over the quality she feels a hand on her shoulder. Whipping around she hears a stuttered, "Kaa-atie?" what she lays her eyes on is her little sister she thought she would never see again. In shock she says, "Bunny?" The two fall to the ground in each other's embrace sobbing uncontrollably. After what feels like hours Bunny sniffles and sits up, "Katie I don't want to be separated again do you wanna move with me? I'm moving to the Lera region" Her sister looks up at her and says, "yes let's go."
