Description
Martyn is a friend of Ira since high school. Despite their different personalities and paths in life, they stayed close and supported each other for years.
Martyn used to date Ira's cousin and married her while still at the university due to early pregnancy. They ended up having two daughters over the course of three years together, but had a divorce because of the wife's infidelity. Ultimately, Martyn ended up with full custody over the girls and moved away along with Ira, to find a better life for himself and his daughters.
Martyn found a job in the local middle/high school and quickly adapted to the new environment. He still struggles as a single parent and tries to get back on his feet romantically while making sure his daughters have a safe and healthy upbringing.
