Xerina is a 18 year old demon girl, that grew up with humans. She doesn't know who her parents are, nor where she originally comes from.

Past

Since she can remember, an old couple took care of and raised her. They told her, that they found her in a forest nearby their house - unharmed and with a name tag around her tiny wrist. As the old couple never was granted with own children, they took Xerina in. Of course, at first, they were sceptical about her having wings, horns and a tail, since demons were feared by everybody. But they lived segregated from other humans and they both never were a friend of prejustices. So even if Xerina's hair started growing longer and having blue flames around its ends - they would never abandon her. They educated her with care, love and happiness. Xerina thus has grown into a polite, yet shy girl, since she almost never made contact with anyone else. Her "parents" told her to be careful around humans, cause they might hate her for being different. At around 12 she learned to hide her horns, wings and tail. At some later point she realised, that the flames in her hair can only be seen by humans, if she doesn't hide her other demonic traits, which is very convenient.

At her age of 14 the old man died and just one year later, Xerina lost the old woman, too. She continued living alone in the woods for another year, until a fire burned everything down and made her flee into the town. Since she had nowhere to go and nothing to live from, she could find a job at a tavern. Her looks would attract customers, but she feels very uncomfortable with the male customers flirting with her. Xerina never was a talkative person, but she tries to smile at least.
