Bleu

Bleu is a recently crowned Duke, he watches over a few villages and reports to the Royal above him, who reports to the king and queen -  the Grande and Sha of their land. He can be seen as uptight, with little in the way of a sense of humor, but with responsibility comes seriousness, and with his parents now gone, it's not getting any easier.
