Sterling is one of the bubbliest jaders you'll ever meet. For all that he's been through he still his happy and talkative to all who will listen to his chatter. He's basicly a grown up kid. Games, sweets, adventure, he's all over it. If jaders could have ADHD he'd be diagnosed with it, unable to sit still for very long and sometimes having the attention span of a goldfish. Though for all his giddy spaceyness Sterling has a very very good memory. He has both listening and photographic memory so though it may not seem like he is listening or getting anything he really is absorbing everything.

One of his quirks is his tail. Sterling is pretty even tempered but occasionally he'll get riled up enough to get really mad.  Sometimes his temper will get to a snapping  point if he gets really mad. At this stage  you can tell his level of temperament and anger by his tail. The madder and angrier Sterling gets the higher the flames on his tail get; and on rare occasions if he gets super upset his tail can even explode!

About: The Flame Prince, that is Sterling's "official" title in his homeland. This mainly being due to his tail and affinity for fire. Being the youngest prince of his kingdom Sterling didn't have to worry about all the studying and training to be the ruler so he spent his time exploring the town and having fun. He wasn't completely uneducated though. Sterling still learned to read and fight and stuff just none of that "royal" work. He tried staying out of trouble, he honestly did, but trouble always seemed to find him. More than a few times he was found in some kind of mess or off lost in the woods. To say the least he was a handful. 

About his coming of age year was when Sterling's life got interesting. Like normal he was having fun exploring and lazing around. There was nothing else to do really and he began to grow bored. His boredom eventually drove him to venturing further and further away to see what new things he could discover. He pestered his parents to let him take trips with the merchants and soon took interest in seeing all of the world. His parents though this "cute" and agreed; they'd always had a soft spot for his silliness. They told him he could travel to the neighboring towns for now and maybe when he got older he could travel further. Sterling was appeased by this at took to traveling around with the merchants for a bit. 

About every month Sterling would go with the traders and so it wasn't abnormal for Sterling to be gone for weeks at a time. His parents began slowly allowing him more freedom as they thought him learning about other cities and areas would be a good learning experience. During one such travels Sterling got into a little more trouble than he could chew. As a regular traveler now Sterling's patterns and visits weren't uncommon and trackable.
