Verde

She's named after Mesa Verde from Horizons and green in Spanish. She only wears her mask while in space and when she (accidentally) travels to the past.

Yomiko is a 16-year-old girl that is obsessed with space and a terrible student. She rarely ever speaks and is always daydreaming. She also is in love with futuristic things because she wishes she were born in the future so space travel would be easier. She always wears a mask to keep her from talking too much, because she used to be very loud and outgoing. One day when her life is at a low, she's been suspended from school because she can't stop daydreaming in class, her grades are low and she's feeling overall depressed, someone strange barges into her room- Verde slams right into the glass window. Yomiko opens it and Verde tumbles in. Immediately, she starts to panic. Verde mutters that she somehow ended up 2000 years in the past while taking a simple trip to the moon. Yomiko asks her to stay, but Verde is panicking because she has to get back to her girlfriend, Brava. Yomiko calms her down by vowing to help her get back to the future (hah) if she'll take Yomiko with her. Verde agrees, not realizing the consequences of this deal.
