About: Keir was a count of an area in Vastolgar until he was given a position as one of the emperor's head subordinates: the Royal Three. Although he can be cold and sarcastic, he works hard to maintain order and peace throughout Vastolgar. Although he is aiding his fellow co-workers in keeping the peace between the vampire and human continents, he still holds some resentment toward humans as a hunter killed his wife in the past. As mentioned before, he is one of the Royal Three along with Boris Gale Karpov and Azerrad. His personal vassal is Nicu, who he has to keep getting after for being too reckless. He and Boris are long time friends and even fought alongside each other during the past war time.
