(Rue): Cornelia's lover. Both are crazy for one another and the whole relationship overall is toxic asf but they love it that way. They met each other when Cornelia was lurking in alleys and some random guy ran up to her and used her as a shield. She was bored so she let this all playout and that's when Rue appeared from the shadows (at the time with a mask on). He'd told the guy that even if he took a hostage he still would kill him regardless. The guy just kept talking and talking and since nothing entertaining happened Cornelia slipped her knife from under her sleeve and turned around to stab the guy in the eye. While he was screaming in pain she just looked on gleefully until Rue attacked her. In the long run that night she ended demasking Rue and kissing him as she found him quite interesting before getting away. From then on started their cat-mouse game and twisted relationship.

Background:

Nelly comes off as ditzy/cute but really she's a unmerciful killer and smart individual. Thanks to The Dr who modified her body she's able to last very long in a battle and do extraordinary things. Nelia also is very possessive of her things whether it be her lover or even her prey she's after. For the most part she just loves causing chaos/having people fear her. When she's not out killing/doing deeds for The Dr she's out exploring the city taking pictures of things, couples, and bodies that she happen to encounter.
