About
in short, rim is a man infatuated with being infatuated with. he's seen other members of his species fulfill their needs, their desires from a protected throne in a shy forest, but he? he's done that to death and he's greedy for an unfamiliar taste. he wants to be in the center, impossible to be evaded. rim loves attention, survives off of it, enough so that in each generation, he carves up a new name and builds himself up to fame again and again. rim lacks definition, so he just. eats up the limelight bc the ppl, they love him, they'll give him the identity he craves and make expectations he'll engrave into himself and maybe he'll be believable as a person. maybe, rim'll be able to find his old self and his old memories and the old ppl who he used to be able to love back.
currently he is the leader of a stupid rock band named TEN (abbreviation for: tomorrow ends now [meaning: live for today, don't trust in tomorrow bc it might let go])
before becoming a noctavis, he was the adopted human child of two peacocks who removed him from an abusive household. his human parents would later exact revenge on the two peacocks and their child. the heavens in turn ensured rim reincarnation in his next life (current life) as a noctavis.

- rim's senses are slightly more sensitive than other noctavis, so he can pick out human emotions other than those that have to do w negativity
- hes mentally in his mid-to-late fifties, and lost count of his age due to his carelessness in youth

- rim likes to listen to a lot of girl groups, mostly kpop. finds feminine voices entirely soothing
- he rlly likes having different hair colors but lately hes been making more excuses to keep the mint on for another day
- also rlly loves fashion! very cool how many things you can express in your physical attire and money choices! that being said, most of his outfits are identical in color (usually his current hair color) unless someone else helps him (tho he rarely allows input for anything) but he makes it look good bc hes sexy. so he will literally never learn to dress better
- rim used to be the patron of the abandoned temple (he is the reason it became abandoned, yes) key lives in now
- he tends to smile a lot out of habit and practice, strives to appear approachable on-screen. maintaining his public identity is very important to him. otherwise, this is rim 😶 (🤡)
- rim used to do bg vocals when they were starting out, but has since stopped bc it's not usually good to like. immobilize ppl on a daily basis anymore yknow
- he gets into a lot of trouble on social media for being a dumb bitch
