Ninth Judge an ancient demonic being who reentered the mortal world thanks to Lucky <3 He is just standing there, meaningr but pretty incompetent at it. Also just generally annoying to be around. His expression is always a passive aggressive smile, like hes about to lash out. For some reason i really like this character. Currently breathing down Luckys neck,, he loathes him more everyday!! One day he will just bite his head off!!
