Coin

Coin lives off Meteor Lake, a surf instructor and diver who loves to train. He's airheaded and pretty dense, but he's got a good heart and is happy to share his passion for the water with others. The water is his preferred environment, as he finds his bulky tail and fins are a bit of an inconvenience, especially in tight spaces. He is in a relationship with Archer, and loves taking him out on the water. With Archer's ability to fly, he occasionally offers to take him in the air, but Coin finds himself a bit scared of heights. He loves his boyfriend very much.

Coin, when the Nautipods emerged, took it upon himself to dive in and help them to the surface. He worked hard to build accomodation on the surface as well, building homes for newly moved in Nautis and helping them adjust to surface life. He still provides surf lessons, swimming lessons, dives, and tours of the lake, as well as takes his time to help nautipods feel welcomed. He understands the feeling of getting used to being on the surface.
