Personality

Positive Traits
positive >
    >> Agreeable > Slugpath is easy to get along with, making him good company. Not many can deny how pleasant it is to be in his presence, as he never seems to disagree or have an issue with anything. Because of this, he is also easy to approach and radiates a calming atmosphere.
    >> Humble > He keeps his presence on the down-low. In fact, Slugpath looks more towards others and their accomplishments, giving them the credit before himself. He could never bring himself to steal the spotlight from another or turn them a blind eye.
    >> Intelligent > Don't let his outward personality fool you; Slugpath is crazy smart for how much he sleeps. Even when it doesn't look like he's listening, he is, and he's absorbing the information he hears. His mind works wonders when it comes to intelligence.

neutral >
    >> Mellow > Regardless of how he's feeling, Slugpath never seems to lose his calm. He can even be angry and still manage to keep a sweet expression on his face. Some think it's scary when he can act so relaxed in some of the nastiest situations, but his demeanor never seems to change.
    >> Breezy > Slugpath acts without formalities and is genuinely a laid-back tom. While he does show respect towards others, he doesn't care for authority or seriousness. So he tends to lighten the mood to avoid such things.
    >> Neutral > He never seems to take sides when it comes to arguments. Slugpath always keeps a neutral ground when it comes to being dragged into other issues. This can include battles, where he will fight for the good of his clan, but in the end, thinks it all can be solved by just agreeing to disagree.

negative >
    >> Lazy > If you can't find Slugpath, look under the sun, cause there's a good chance he's sleeping in its rays. He never seems to have the energy to do anything, which makes him very hard to cooperate with. He does try to get off his butt and do something, but most of the time is unsuccessful.
    >> Frivolous > Slugpath doesn't consider himself to have much significance, which causes him to have his carefree attitude. He lacks the seriousness that a warrior should have. This causes him to be hard to work with as he doesn't seem to care what he does.
    >> Vague > Despite his intelligence, Slugpath has an issue of getting his point across in a precise manner. He often leaves important information out and his vocabulary is strangely limited, to the point that others have to put pieces of a puzzle together to understand what he means.

History

kithood [ 0 - 6 moons ] >
    Slugkit was born after his eldest brother, Leafkit, and his sister, Sleepykit, to Olivescreech and Ashspark, followed by his youngest brother Wolfkit. He was born in the HailClan camp, despite being a CloudClan cat, due to a group of rogues called The Storm taking over CloudClan's territory and camp. But he and his siblings bring new light to CloudClan as they worked through their battles against the Storm and re-claim their territory.
    Thankfully, it wasn't long after his birth that the Storm was defeated and CloudClan was able to safely return home. Slugkit had no issue in finding himself a place in the nursery and getting comfortable. He wasn't seen doing much of anything throughout his kithood, if anything at all. Rather, he was sleeping. A lot. If he wasn't in the comfort of Olivescreech's nest, he was out sleeping in the sun or finding a new place to rest. It was hard to get him to do anything that a normal kit would do, making him easy to monitor.
    He did, however, manage to make one friend outside of his litter. Flickerkit, one of Owlheart's sons, always seemed to find an interest in Slugkit and his nonchalant outlook on life. The two hung out every so often when Slugkit gave the little knowledge he had on life to Flickerkit, at least until the older became an apprentice and became too busy to see Slugkit. He didn't mind though; it wouldn't be too long until he, too, would become one, so he needed to catch up on his sleep.

apprenticeship [ 6 - 13 moons] >
    Then came the time that Slugkit became an apprentice. It almost seemed like time went by so fast, but with Acorntail and Deerhop just having their own litters, he was silently thankful to have left the nursery at that time. It was getting cramped. So, Slugkit became Slugpaw, and he was given Pearmask for a mentor. Slugpaw found this interesting; he's learned from some of his clanmates that Pearmask wasn't the brightest cat, and he wondered how much he could get away with.
    The harsh leafbare has certainly not been fun. Slugpaw ended up losing some of the kit fat that he developed from his big appetite, but he was certainly more well-off than some of his clanmates. He didn't seem to mind that times were getting tougher. Just meant he got to roll in the snow and enjoy the good that came out of the leafbare while ignoring the negatives. His positive outlook like the leafbare allowed him to get through it with little issue.
    For awhile, Slugpaw's apprenticeship was boring and all the same. He would do some training, some convincing of Pearmask to let him take the day off, and a lot of sleeping. All was well until Wolfpaw was tragically killed by a dog that came from the twoleg place. This was only shortly after the litter had lost their grandmother, Bluestem, in her sleep. Slugpaw acted like it didn't bother him, but deep down, he was quite troubled by the losses. He always found himself smiling at Wolfpaw's antics and enjoying Bluestem's stories, so both of their deaths impacted him more than he would've liked. Soon, though, he wouldn't have any time to think about them.

Slugpaw and Leafpaw's Adventure >
    One day, Leafpaw came up to Slugpaw and told him his plans: Leafpaw was going to go into the twoleg place and, quote, "see what was going on." He had become invested in the mysterious food left at the border and the loose dog that had taken their brother, and Leafpaw wanted to know what was up. Slugpaw, at first, tried to convince Leafpaw how dangerous venturing into the twoleg place could be, but his efforts were shot down. He wasn't about to let his reckless brother go off alone, though. So, although reluctantly, Slugpaw followed Leafpaw towards the twoleg place, dragging his paws in hopes to deter his brother.
    To Slugpaw, everything looked normal. He had heard from clanmates that a kittypet in the twoleg place was a former CloudClan cat, so he figured out quite quickly that that was where the food came from. But this wasn't good enough evidence for Leafpaw. He wanted to know more. The two ventured far into the twoleg place looking for whatever clues Leafpaw wanted, Slugpaw trudging along with an irritated look stuck on his face. Just when Slugpaw was about to suggest turning back again, that was suddenly no longer an option when he saw large, furless paws wrap around Leafpaw. Alarmed, Slugpaw tried to release Leafpaw from the twoleg, only to get caught himself. He wasn't sure where they were taken, but by the time they had woken up, they were certainly nowhere near their home.
    Slugpaw had woken up in a small, grey-colored den made of some sort of invincible wood. Or was it earth? He wasn't sure what to call it. He could see outside of the den through some thick, gray branches, but he tried not to stare. It was bright out there--strangely brighter than the sun--and there were a lot of strange scents. At first, Slugpaw feared he and Leafpaw were separated as he heard the yowls and cries of every cat in there but his brother. He was thankful when Leafpaw finally started his own form of protesting by digging at the strange substance. Slugpaw waited, instead, and watched as a twoleg came and opened one of the dens to get another scared cat. he realized they would have to wait for the twolegs to come open the dens. It was tedious and risky, but it was their only way. And it paid off when the twolegs came to take them, only to be attacked. Slugpaw and Leafpaw managed to escape, running from the prison that kept them and deeper into the unknown territory of the twoleg place.
    The brothers tried to find something they recognized, something that would tell them they were going home. But it seemed impossible. Things only continued to get more and more unfamiliar as they unknowingly went deeper into the twoleg place. They didn't know how much time had passed as everything looked bright with the twoleg lights. They would try and sleep when they believed it was night, and hunting was near impossible with the lack of prey. The two noticeably got thinner.
    One night, when they physically couldn't go any further, they believed they found a safe nook between the familiar red walls of stone that they've seen and made camp there. Slugpaw was nearly asleep when he felt something scuddle over him and then bite at his ear. He awoke with an alarming yowl, and suddenly he felt like he was encased in small, warm bodies. Rats. The cats must have taken over their home and they were retaliating. Slugpaw and Leafpaw tried desperately to fight back, to earn their place in the alley, but they were too tired and hungry. With blood coating their fur and their pride destroyed, the brothers fled the alley and, begrudgingly, carried on walking.
    They thought that finding the border of the twoleg place would be great. It should have meant they were in the home stretch to get back to CloudClan territory, that they would see their family again and have food to fill their bellies. But they didn't know that they were wrong. They spent what felt like more sunrises than what they spent in the twoleg place walking, their pelts stinging from their wounds, and their bellies growling. They didn't know how far they had gone from when the twolegs captured them, so they assumed they were still going the right way. So they kept moving.
    Eventually, Slugpaw and Leafpaw found something; it wasn't prey, something they desperately needed, or CloudClan's borders, but cats! They didn't think twice about caution as they approached the group of strange cats, hoping to know where they were. But they were met with hostility, threats of fighting if they were not to leave immediately. Slugpaw was frustrated by this. They hadn't done anything to these cats and yet they were all too prepared to jump the brothers for even breathing the same air! However, Slugpaw and Leafpaw knew they were in no condition to fight, nor did they want to. Despondent, they turned and began to walk off, though they weren't sure where to.
    They didn't get too far when one of the rogues suddenly started calling for them. She introduced herself as Sunny, and she said she took pity on the apprentices and wanted to help them. Something about her tone of voice didn't sit well with Slugpaw when she said that, but at this point, he could no longer argue. He was tired, hungry, injured, and just wanted to get home. So, with minimal talking between him and Leafpaw, they agreed to let Sunny help them. And help she did. She not only found them a safe place to sleep and food to eat, but she even seemed to have some herbal skills as she treated their wounds--to the best of her abilities, of course. She listened to the two toms about their issue and how they were trying to find their way home, and she agreed to help them find their way.
    With the apprentices revitalized thanks to Sunny's help, the three were off. Thankfully, it seemed like the rogue knew the land far better than Slugpaw and Leafpaw did, which made sense. Based on what they told her, she assumed that there was another way in and out of the twoleg place, so she began to take them back there. On the way, she began to teach the brothers some of her own hunting and battling techniques, which fascinated Slugpaw. Some of the moves she used were unlike anything he had seen before from any of the clans, and he wondered if they came from a completely new place in the world that he didn't know about. Because of his interest, he took part in her lessons vigilantly, which was very unlike him. It even surprised Leafpaw to see Slugpaw so engaged. Slugpaw, though still wary of Sunny, felt like he had learned a lot more from her than when he first met her. He wonders if he can maybe teach some of the new techniques to future generations of CloudClan.
    The trek back to the twoleg place felt much shorter than leaving it. Perhaps it was because the apprentices had energy now, or maybe it was because Slugpaw was genuinely enjoying himself. He wasn't sure about that, but he was sure of was that they were close to home again. But the twoleg place was where the brothers had to say goodbye to Sunny. She believed the apprentices to be ready to face the twoleg place alone this time, though Slugpaw could see through her little white lie; she was scared. Which, Slugpaw didn't judge her for. He wouldn't say he was scared, but he was definitely nervous to go back into that terror. But if he wanted to get home, he would have no choice. So the two said farewell to Sunny and parted ways, once more entering the twoleg place.
    And, surprisingly, Sunny was kind of right. At least, in Slugpaw's eyes. He felt more prepared and experienced to enter the twoleg place. He had learned with Sunny's help how to pick separate scents from multiples, to where he could track where the apprentices needed to go, from using the faint trails of their own scent back to the wretched gray dens place to following scents of other, unknown cats. Prey was still hard to find there, but they managed, finding little mice trying to sneak into dens or a rat or two--their revenge. And, though they weren't out of the woods yet, they eventually found something of great help. A kittypet by the name of Chestnut seemed to recognize what little CloudClan scent the two had left and seemed genuinely surprised to see them so far from the border. They confessed to what happened, and Chestnut was happy to help by giving them directions back to the border. Finally, they were going home.
    Leaving the twoleg place--this time, through the right way--was one of Slugpaw's greatest weights off of his chest. The open fields of the moor were the most beautiful sight had seen in his life, and he was happy to chase after Leafpaw towards the border, and then to camp. The two never bothered to stop for any prey or to roll around in the grass; they were too close to stop now.
    And when they entered that camp, they were met with friendly faces, concerned gazes, and just an overwhelming feeling of welcome. Aside from the few cats that commented on Slugpath's lost weight, though he had to admit it was nice to be able to run without a swinging belly. Ashspark--no, Ashstar, as he had become leader while they were gone, their father, was probably one of the most welcoming, telling them they had a very important ceremony to attend.

warriorhood [ 13 moons - present] >
    They were home for less than a day when Slugpaw and Leafpaw became warriors. They were proudly presented to the clan as the newest warriors, earning their names of Slugpath and Leafdrift respectively. Slugpath could almost hardly believe they were home, and now they were warriors! Though he felt bad as he saw his sister, Sleepyfeather, in the crowd. They should have been standing with her moons ago to receive their names. He hopes that the two can make it up to her. They would have plenty of time to do so, or at least, that's what Slugpath thought.
    Turns out, Slugpath and Leafdrift were not the only clan cats with problems going on. While they were out playing a game of 'find the border', the clans--all four of them--were going to war. Ashstar helped catch his sons upon the issue, stating that Wildstar, EmberClan's leader, had declared war on CloudClan after she falsely accused them of prey stealing. Slugpath was disheartened by this. Why would CloudClan go through HailClan's territory to steal from EmberClan? Even in the harshest of leafbares, they would never do that. It made no sense, and Ashstar agreed. But that didn't matter to Wildstar, or apparently Gullstar, MarshClan's leader, who sided with Wildstar in the war. Thankfully, CloudClan had Kitestar and HailClan's support, but it didn't ease Slugpath or Leafdrift's minds any. They had just returned from what felt like the worst moments of their life, only to be thrust into a war that was unjustified? Slugpath wasn't sure what he disliked more.
    Because of this, Slugpath stayed out of the war as much as possible. Rather, he doubled up his warrior duties in anything else that he was able to, primarily hunting. He was often found going out to hunt alone, as he had become accustomed to working on his own or with one partner, but the haul he would bring back would end up being worth it. Of course, this didn't mean that Slugpath didn't continue being his usual self, in which he would laze around in the sun or catch a few extra z's. Some habits die hard, and Slugpath wasn't an exception.
    This changed when Ashstar suddenly assigned him an apprentice. He assumed that his father just wanted to give him something to do, but at least in this way, Slugpath could pass on what he learned from the outside world to the next generation. His apprentice was Newtpaw, an energetic and ready for action type of cat--the complete opposite of Slugpath. For some reason, Newtpaw found it amazing to have Slugpath for a mentor, which he also found quite strange. If anything, an apprentice would probably prefer to have his brother for a mentor more. They were both taken by the twolegs, after all. But Slugpath shrugged it off. It would just make for an interesting few moons with the young tom.
    The first few moons of training Newtpaw weren't terrible. They kept Slugpath's mind off of his missing sister, Sleepyfeather, who had disappeared shortly before he was assigned the apprentice. In addition to this, he also was still getting asked about the adventures he and Leafdrift had, from both his apprentice and others. One of the apprentices was on the older side, nearing his warrior assessment. This was Juniperpaw. He was calmer than Newtpaw, which Slugpath appreciated, and it made it easier to talk with him. He ended up having a pleasant day with the older apprentice, and it made him feel just a bit more confident in becoming the storyteller that cats were looking for.
    And there is more positivity in his life, too. A small litter of two kits had suddenly lost both of their parents to the war, and with no one to care them immediately, Slugpath's father, Ashstar, stepped up and became their father. He named them Partridgekit and Nightingalekit, which were quite the mouthfuls for Slugpath, but he still loved his new little sisters, nonetheless. They made the world feel just a bit more whole.
    Unfortunately, this didn't just wipe the war away from existence. While it's true that Slugpath kept to his word in staying out of the war as much as possible, the same could not be said for his clanmates. Leafdrift was one of the cats that had been affected relatively strongly. There was one patrol that he returned from desperately calling for help as there was an active battle on the border. Slugpath didn't go, but he was quick to bring Leafdrift to the medicine den for their aunt, Waverose, to treat, as he looked like he had taken a beating worse than their rat fight. Then, Leafdrift lost his apprentice, Chicorypaw, to another border battle. His poor brother couldn't catch a break.
    And there were other tragedies to the war, too. There were cats that lost their lives, including their aunt, Stormygloom. The war hurt many cats, and many may still be suffering from the memories of it, but Slugpath is thankful to say that it had ended. One gathering, a new leader had taken Wildstar's place for EmberClan. This leader, by the name of Reedstar, announced that Wildblossom, stripped of her title, has been exiled from EmberClan. And with their rising to leadership, Reedstar officially ended the war.
    Finally, CloudClan can breathe. Slugpath, alongside his apprentice, Newtpaw, worked hard to help the clan get back to normal. Well, as normal as it could be. No one would forget the last few moons that they had experienced, and no one expected them, too, either. All they could do was work hard to repair themselves. Kits continued to be born, apprentices became warriors, and CloudClan even gained a new warrior in the form of former HailClan member, Martenfang. Things were starting to look up, but it seemed there was no good luck for CloudClan as they would come crashing down again.
    Slugpath had gone to bed one night after a perfectly normal day. He never would've expected anything out of the ordinary, save for his father recovering from losing a life to a tunnel collapse. But the next day, the clan discovered that Ashstar was missing altogether. They spent all day looking for him, from the camp to across the territory, but he was nowhere to be found. The clan, at a loss as to what to do, determined that it was best to assume him dead and let Sparkclaw rise to leadership. As if this wasn't hard enough on their family, Nightingalekit, too, disappeared the next night. They assumed she went to go looking for Ashstar, as she had declared doing so earlier, but it was still hard. Owlheart, the clan's resident mother, took over Partridgekit's care, but it would not fill the family's hole of their missing father and sister.
    As if the family issues couldn't be bad, the situation for CloudClan only became more complicated. Hardly a moon into her leadership, Sparkstar was suddenly killed. She had lost both of her lives to a monster, and with little experience in leadership, her deputy, Starlingfeather, was suddenly CloudClan's leader. He named a young warrior by the name of Thrasherwing for his deputy, and the clan could only hope this new arrangement would stay for a long while. Slugpath wasn't sure they could handle another loss like the last few they've had.
    There were some positives that the clan, and specifically Slugpath's family, could look forward to, though. For one, Slugpath's apprentice, Newtpaw, became a warrior by the name of Newtcatcher.  Newtcatcher even got to experience mentoring himself later on, being given an apprentice by the name Elkpaw. And Leafrdift had been given a second chance at being a mentor with Chestnutpaw, who successfully got through her apprenticeship and was later named Chestnutwind. Partridgekit became Partridgepaw, and she was mentored under the new leader, Starlingstar. It felt like time flew before she became Partridgespark. Slugpath was glad to finally see things looking up, even if it was slowly.
    And the best news of them all, Leafdrift announced he was going to be a father. Slugpath was very happy for his brother, knowing he had been through so much in his life and that he deserved this happiness. His nieces and nephews were born, and it was quite the litter, too; five kits--two she-kits and three toms. Leafdrift named them Sunkit, Gustkit, Bloomkit, Gloomkit, and Rainkit respectively. He didn't tell anyone the meanings of the names, but Slugpath was able to pick them out. Specifically, Sunkit's as he reminisced on their old mentor, Sunny. It made his chest warm with love. Finally, things are starting to look up.
    Things were going well for the time being. But all good things must come to the end. Both Newtcatcher and Partridgespark ended up passing away, leaving two more holes in Slugpath's heart. The loss was becoming hard to handle, though he kept a brave face for Leafdrift. After all, his brother was taking it much harder.
    At least they got to have some celebration in all of the grief, as Leafdrift's kits became apprentices. Slugpath saw the pride in his brother's eyes, and he hoped that their achievements will help ease the pain in Leafdrift's heart. After all, they were not done with the grievances.
    HailClan was forced to shelter with CloudClan after their territory and camp got flooded. It made the camp quite claustrophobic, although Slugpath didn't mind. He found ways to help; despite his enjoyment in doing things alone, he was able to continue his lone hunting parties. He would assist in expanding the dens for their visitors. Though it was tiring work, it kept him going. Until he was unable to do so anymore.
   There was the epidemic. The greencough epidemic had been spreading across the clans, having hit HailClan first. It eventually made its way to CloudClan, and many cats begin to catch it. They even lost cats to it--every clan did. Unfortunately, Slugpath became one of those cats. Unlike some of his clanmates, his case grew quickly. His infection developed from whitecough to greencough in less than a moon, and he was forced to be confined to the overflowing medicine den. He always jested about it, despite the pain, saying it was a minor setback and that he'd be back on his paws soon. But, deep down, he knew it wouldn't be like that.
    It was only days before HailClan returned to their territory that Slugpath passed away. He wasn't afraid; he knew it'd be inevitable. Still, he felt bad leaving Leafdrift. He was the last of their litter, and he had to experience all of the pain and loss alone. Slugpath told him not to worry and that he'd watch him from StarClan, with Wolfpaw and Partridgespark. Maybe he'd get to see their dad and sisters again. They would all be watching him, cheering him on. With a final breath, Slugpath made his journey to StarClan, reuniting with his passed kin. As promised, though, he continues to watch Leafdrift and his brother's kits. After all, they were a team.

Relationships

Ashstar {Father | CloudClan | Missing}

  Every day, Slugpath wonders where Ashstar went. Ashstar left his clan, but even more so, his family lost and confused. Slugpath doesn't fully blame him, though. He doesn't think his father is dead, but if he isn't, then where is he? Wherever he is, Slugpath only wishes the best. He hopes Ashstar is happy and well, and maybe one day, they will get to see him again.

Olivescreech {Mother | CloudClan | Alive}

  If he had to be honest, Slugpath would call his mother a pawful. She always seemed ready to jump into action and cause a ruckus. She may be one of the reasons why he's taken a liking to sleep after Olivescreech ran his energy dry. He does love Olivescreech, but he could definitely do without all of the excitement.

Leafdrift {Brother | CloudClan | Alive}

  Leafdrift is the only sibling that Slugpath was ever really able to connect with, and their journey outside of the clans' territories only solidified that bond. He no longer really looks up to Leafdrift, but rather tries to see him as an equal. Leafdrift is not the intelligent cat that Slugpath thought he was, and that's okay. He feels like they could do anything together now.

Wolfpaw {Brother | CloudClan | Dead}

  Of all his siblings, Wolfpaw was the one Slugpath least expected to die first. His brother's spunk and drive was something that Slugpath enjoyed having in his life, even if it wasn't for him. Wolfpaw's death came as a shock to them all, though Slugpath's working hard to move on. He knows that's what Wolfpaw would've wanted.

Sunny {Temporary Mentor | Rogue | ???}

  At first, Slugpath doubted Sunny. Something about her was off, and there were times where she proved herself to be complicated. But as he continued to work with her and learn her skills, she began to rub off on him. He wonders every day what she's up to; did she go back to the group of rogues, or is she out saving more lost cats? Slugpath only hopes she's safe and out of the twoleg place.

Nightingalekit {Sister | CloudClan | Missing}

  Slugpath was never close with his younger sister, but her disappearance didn't hurt any less. When he woke up and heard she was gone, he knew she went looking for their father. Now, he only wonders--and hopes--that she found Ashstar and is happy with him. Who knows, maybe they'll come back and she is big and strong upon their return? He'd like to see that.

Partridgespark {Sister | CloudClan | Alive}

  Though he is not close with her, Slugpath is proud to see all that Partridgespark has accomplished. Despite all of the struggles she had as a kit, from losing her biological parents to Ashstar and her sister's disappearance, she has grown and overcome it all. He hopes she's doing well, and though he knows he can approach her and ask her directly, he feels better watching her from a distance.

Sleepyfeather {Sister | CloudClan | Missing}

  Though he was never really close with her, Slugpath misses seeing Sleepyfeather in the clan. He always said how he was going to make it up to her for not being with her during her warrior ceremony. And now he can't. He doesn't know where she is; maybe she's with their father, or maybe she found a good family in the twoleg place to take care of her. He only hopes she is happy and healthy.

Flickercloud {Friend | CloudClan | Alive}

  A strange cat, indeed. Slugpath thinks Flickercloud's alright. Talks a lot, and has some weird thoughts at times. But they're good company to have. Slugpaw enjoys teaching Flickercloud the joys in resting and taking life slow and steady. It gives him more of a reason to be awake. He just wishes he could help the warrior in their times of need right now.

Pearmask {Mentor | CloudClan | Alive}

  A bit of a dunce. That's all Slugpath can really say about Pearmask. He enjoyed his time with Pearmask as his apprentice, but only because it was easy to trick him into letting Slugpath sleep more. He still tends to go and talk to his airheaded mentor often, though and finds good company in the older warrior.

Juniperfern {Friend | CloudClan | Alive}

  Slugpath has come to enjoy Juniperfern's company very much. From when they first talked when the younger tom was an apprentice, to their experiences together as warriors. He is a lot more calm and relaxed than the cats that Slugpath normally interacts with, and it's a breath of fresh air to him. He finds himself comfortable around Juniperfern and can be himself with him. He makes Slugpath smile.

Newtcatcher {Former Apprentice | CloudClan | Alive}

  Newtcatcher started as possibly one of the most exhausting cats that Slugpath ever had to deal with. He was excitable, unruly, and, for some reason, had a strange admiration towards Slugpath for his journeys outside of the clan. Thankfully, though, Slugpath learned to handle it, and he even got Newtcatche to learn to become more relaxed and chill in his later moons. Now, the two have a good, lasting relationship as mentor and apprentice, and Slugpath always enjoys a good nap with Newtcatcher after a hard day's work.
