Xero Phaige

There are things I hold dear in this world.  You may already know, but my sister has been in a coma for years.  My brother and I will protect this city, where she rests, until she wakes up.  So, if you do not resist the temptation to flatten it, I'll need to fill you with lead.  
I'd prefer not to, but honestly... my trigger finger is itchy enough as it is.

An attractive, convenient foil of a character to act as one of the three Antichthon (Counter-Earth) variants of the main protagonists, it's quite easy to tell whose twin this is... especially with a name like that. One of the many pokes and prods in my story at one of the most commonly used themes in fantasy media, this immediately has Zero and Xero fighting over who is the most 'Gary Stu' as soon as they make eye contact with each other along with their inherent rivalry.

Xero is the vice leader of the group known as 'The Seraphic Knights', or better known in short-form as the Angels, which is essentially the counter of The Exorcists, a group of mercenaries. The Angels are a religious (Christian) group dedicated to protecting everyone, with no cost to anyone but themselves. Xero helped found this organization when his sister, Winter Phaige, fell into a deep coma after meeting with an unknown entity.

Each of the Angels except Winter share hidden biomechanical wings that the founder built and implanted into their backs. They all function correctly and carry the user.
