Eyevan

Don't be put off by his appearance; he's a soft and curious lad. The eyes can move independently from each other, and at times seem to have minds of their own. Oddly enough, the pupils themselves can "blink," but you won't tend to see this unless they need to squint, or unless they're sleeping. 

He likes to spend time around fresh water, and is very curious about fish. Sometimes, he tries to catch them with his feet. If he manages to catch any, he lets them go. Eyevan loves the colorful fish of the ocean, but can't spend any time in the sea because the salty water stings his eyes.

Eyevan doesn't need to eat or drink apparently, but if he can't go swimming or bathing in water for prolonged periods of time, he gets very sick.
