Dreamstrike is a creature called a Darkinight, a spirit made of pure darkness, and hatred that manifests itself into a creature (in this case a pony). There are different types of Darkinights, but Dreamstrike in particular is a ghoul Darkinight (Darkiknights that have to eat people/ponies to survive). She She enjoys causing chaos, pain, and despair to others, but she espescially likes to cause pain with her best friend Inferno Dark Thunder. Because she's a ghoul Darkinight, she has 2 forms. The first form is her normal form, but her weaker form. In this form she can use her magic, fly, and dreamwalk into the dreams of others, she likes to use this ability to create nightmares. The second form is her ghoul form, in this form her eyes turn black and red, she retracts her horn (turning her into a pegasus), sharp ghoul kagune come out of her back, and she's a lot faster. She mostly uses her ghoul form for hunting or fighting, and uses her regular form normally. Her arch enemy is the pony she posesses known as Moonstruck, she finds her annoying and hates that she doesn't let her out enough. She sometimes carries around a chainsaw despite not needing one due to her ghoul form, and she typically refers to everyone as ''dear''.
